I made an appointment to have my garage diagnostically assessed. They were easy to make an appointment with. I had prompt service and good communication prior to arrival on day of service. Dylan was my servicer and he exhumed great customer service! He was timely, knowledgeable and efficient. I called two or three other Lexington companies that either didn’t answer the phone or were not as pleasant or helpful in this situation. I am beyond thankful and I would 10 out of 10. Robert and his team are A+. We had a bit of an issue with damaged panels, but DoorKing was able to get some RMA'd and installed. When those turned out damaged also, DoorKing went above and beyond and pulled some of another brand out of back stock and got my door completed in the same day.Let's face it, setbacks happen. They happen regardless of business, preparation, or planning. It's not that issues will arise, it's how the business handles those issues that matters. I can, very confidently say that DoorKing handled a situation extremely well, going above and beyond, even though they weren't at fault. While I don't see myself needing a door anytime soon, if I do, DoorKing will be my first call, and they should be your first call as well.

I had a garage door that was ending its life cycle. My previous garage door technician had closed up shop, and this group was highly reviewed and I decided to give them a call. They promptly came and gave me an estimate, showed me my options, and got me set up quickly. Communication was great, the techs arrived exactly when they said they would, and had two new doors and motors installed in just a few hours! Great experience!

I had a great experience with Door King. the original installer of the garage door at my commercial building did a terrible job so the door came off the tracks on Friday. I didn't want to leave the door open over the weekend so I called Door King and Robert and his crew came to the rescue and did an amazing job getting it back on track and working again. I had contacted two other local garage door companies, with one never responding back--and the other not responding back after I had contacted them a second time. I put in a request online for a repair estimate with Door King, and Robert called me in about two hours. He came out the very next morning to give me an estimate, and repaired my garage door that same day.Robert was prompt, professional, and courteous, and had my garage door working like new! Our garage door quit working and we found Door King online. Due to their 5-star rating and excellent reviews we called them and Robert called back immediately. This was on a Saturday and Monday morning he was here to assess the problem. He returned on Wednesday to replace the parts needed to make our door operational again. Robert was fantastic to work with from day one. He reached out to me within hours of my first inquiry, made my options very clear over the phone, and within 24 hours was at my house to assess my needs and complete the quote. Afterwards, he let me have some time to figure out on my own which option I wanted to do (no pressure!) and once I had decided, I was on the books within days to make the repair. He and Kade were very professional, showed up right when they said they would, walked me through everything, did great work, and when everything was done, the final price was exactly what was quoted. When the garage door accidentally came down on the open hatch of our van Door King came over within the hour and fixed it and also discovered another unknown problem that could have hurt the (fairly new)garage door opener itself.
